patient being reassured by nurseAt Vein Centers of Connecticut, we strive to improve vein health in the most streamlined way possible. Our team treats the underlying vein disease, while helping you look and feel better.

Patients can expect efficiency and personalized care that puts them first. Learn about the process in preparation for vein treatment, from the initial visit to the procedure.

Initial Consultation

Unlike traditional corporate offices that split the initial visit into multiple appointments, we maximize our time with each patient from the moment you walk through the door.

You’ll be greeted warmly by our front desk staff and brought into a comfortable patient room within minutes. When a patient initially contacts us, we send a letter with the necessary paperwork prior to the appointment, so there’s no rush to complete patient forms in the waiting room.

During the initial consultation, an ultrasound is performed with the doctor by your side, so there is no need to return another day for analysis. Typically within 40 minutes, the patient will have a clear understanding of the available treatment options and next steps.

Personalized Care Every Step of the Way

Based on the ultrasound results, your journey to wellness begins with a comprehensive plan of care tailored to your specific needs. Whether you’re diagnosed with varicose or spider veins, our team collaborates seamlessly to map out the most effective treatment strategy.

Our non-surgical, minimally invasive procedures address the symptoms of vein disease and improve the appearance of your legs. The treatments we offer are virtually painless and you can resume normal activities the same day!

A Holistic Approach to Healing

We understand that vein treatment is not one-size-fits-all. That’s why our team has expertise in a variety of specialties, including wound care and lymphedema management. Our doors are open for everyone, no matter your age or the severity of vein disease symptoms. We see a wide range of patients and leg issues!

Navigating Insurance and Payment Options

Concerned about insurance coverage or out-of-pocket expenses? Our dedicated staff will handle the complexities of insurance verification and pre-authorization. While we cannot tell a patient how much they might owe out-of-pocket, we provide the necessary information to communicate with their insurance provider.

We partner with most insurance plans, including Medicaid. Patients exploring self-pay options can work with our billing department to develop an individualized payment plan.

From diagnosis to post-procedure care, we are committed to helping you look and feel your best faster. Experience the difference at Vein Centers of Connecticut, where proficiency meets compassion and our patients come first. Schedule your initial visit today!
